Other requirements include the following:

 Must be a good standing member of the California Bar or any other state  3+ years experience in Business Immigration (EB1, EB2 (NIW), L1, and O1)  Must be experienced in Asylum and Employment Base  Fluent in English- Spanish + Portuguese is a plus but not required  Strong research and writing skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel  Excellent organizational skills  Experience managing a full case load Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
