We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Attorney with 1 to 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injured clients, eager to develop litigation skills, and excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position offers hands-on experience managing personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution and litigation. Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.

Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.

Conduct legal research and analyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issues.

Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.

Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences as needed.

Review medical records, billing records, and other evidence relevant to client claims.

Assist with trial preparation and other litigation-related tasks. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the California State Bar.

1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, or a related practice area.

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
