Labor & Employment Attorney El Segundo, CA | Hybrid or On-Site A highly respected boutique law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated employer-side work, direct client interaction, and a collaborative boutique environment. The attorney will primarily focus on labor and employment advice and counseling, working closely with sophisticated employers on a range of workplace matters. The role includes light litigation, but is primarily counseling-focused. What You'll Do Advise and counsel employers on day-to-day labor and employment matters Provide guidance regarding employment policies, workplace issues, wage & hour matters, leaves, accommodations, and employee relations Assist sophisticated clients with proactive risk management and compliance Support clients through employment disputes and occasional litigation matters Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and communications Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused advice Develop strong, trusted relationships with sophisticated clients Ideal Candidate 3+ years of labor & employment experience (candidate's with less labor and employment experience are encouraged to apply) Strong employer-side advice and counseling background California Bar admission required Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Comfortable communicating directly with sophisticated clients Practical, business-minded approach to employment law Litigation experience is helpful, but heavy litigation experience is not required Someone who knows what they want to do with their career and is excited about this @type of work Why Consider This Opportunity?
