Competitive compensation of $120,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:
Sacramento, CA. This is an in-person role for the first 90 days, after which attorneys may work remotely while remaining local to the Sacramento area for occasional in-person meetings.

Candidates must be located in the Sacramento area and have at least 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience to be considered. Job Description Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategies and provide practical legal guidance to clients. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents. Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings. Handle discovery, including written discovery, document review, and discovery disputes. Prepare cases for mediation, settlement, arbitration, and trial. Conduct legal research and apply California civil procedure and substantive law to active matters. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other legal professionals. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move matters forward efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Active California State Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience. Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and litigation strategy. Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines. Strong client-service mindset and sound professional judgment. Must be located in the Sacramento area.
