Location:
Sacramento, California - Work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative, fully on-site office serving clients throughout Northern California.
Note:
Active California Bar license and at least 2 years of litigation experience are required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred but not required. Job Description Manage litigation matters involving personal injury claims throughout Northern California. Handle cases from filing through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents. Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences. Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and medical providers. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding client results. Maintain organized case files while managing multiple litigation matters. Qualifications Active California Bar license. 2+ years of litigation experience required. Personal injury litigation experience preferred but not required. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
