A growing personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to manage approximately 40-50 active matters and take cases from discovery through settlement and trial. What You'll Do Lead plaintiff-side personal injury matters through all phases of litigation Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions Prepare cases for trial and handle at least two trials annually Develop litigation strategy and maintain strong client relationships Exercise significant independent judgment across a substantial caseload What You Bring 5+ years of personal injury experience Plaintiff-side PI experience Strong litigation, deposition, and motion-practice experience Expert deposition experience Settlement and mediation experience Ability to independently manage approximately 40-50 active matters Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing Why Consider It?
