This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your legal expertise across a diverse range of employment law issues, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and employee rights. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values proactive problem-solving and continuous learning. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception through resolution, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and client correspondence with accuracy and clarity. Interview clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather pertinent information for case development. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document review, proofreading, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements Spanish speaker Paralegal experience or legal support experience in employment law preferred but not required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration; phone etiquette is essential. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
