Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM

PM Compensation:

$180,000

• $200,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in California. This role focuses on Personal Injury (PI), offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of PI matters from inception through resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with legal staff and support teams to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications :

• Active bar license in California (required)
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
