Job Description Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents. Handle probate matters and guide clients through probate administration and related proceedings. Represent and advise clients in conservatorship matters. Analyze complex family, financial, and legal circumstances to develop practical estate planning solutions. Work directly with clients while building trusted, long-term professional relationships. Collaborate with experienced attorneys and professionals across related practice areas. Manage matters efficiently while maintaining a high standard of legal analysis, drafting, and client service. Continue developing expertise in estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and related wealth planning matters. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of hands-on estate planning experience. 1+ year of probate experience. 1+ year of conservatorship experience. Strong legal research, writing, drafting, analytical, and client communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative legal team. Ability and willingness to work in person in Santa Barbara every business day.
