Personal injury firm is looking to hire an Experienced Intake Specialist. This position requires someone who is diligent, patient, communicates well, genuine, and also persistent. The potential candidate will need to have a strong customer service background along with experience in personal injury law to be able to effectively screen potential clients/cases. The potential candidate will be handling a large volume of potential client calls and emails along with consistent follow up. We are only looking for serious candidates who have experience as a Personal Injury Intake Specialist or who have high volume Plaintiff personal Injury experience. Responsibilities - not all are encompassed here Screen emails, internet, voicemails for potential clients Carry out initial client interview with empathy and compassion Persistently monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone and referrals) Immediately contact every potential client and establish relationship with client Follow up with pending inquiries daily Update logs and Case Management reporting system to reflect status of all potential new clients at all times Collaborate with team to complete the initial consultation process Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases Follow instructions of management and perform accordingly Write emails, take notes, research cases, fax, copy, and create spreadsheets to track referrals, clients and other pertinent information. Qualifications bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency 1 year of Personal Injury experience or Intake experience Strong Customer Service background Strong background with performance-based metrics Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise Customer service attitude
