The ideal candidate is a self-motivated litigator with strong judgment, excellent drafting skills, and a client-focused approach to advocacy.Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, attorneys will handle a wide range of legal issues affecting employees, including workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.You will:
Represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive legal filings Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and state and federal courts Counsel clients on their rights and obligations under state and federal employment laws Stay current on developments in employment law to provide informed and strategic representationRequirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of private-sector employment law experience Demonstrated success representing employees in workplace disputes Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal drafting skills Excellent communication and client-relation skills Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacyCompensation & Benefits:
