JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar\\n8+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience advising on technology product-related issues and negotiating and drafting complex technology transactions\\nEffective time management and organizational skills\\nAble to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on evolving business needs\\nStrong communication skills with ability to work independently but also collaborate across teams and geographies\\nSelf-starter who is curious, embraces technology, and thrives in a dynamic environment\\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and issue-spot legal risks and provide practical, business-forward guidance Experience in software applications, products, or consumer-facing technologies and services \\nExperience providing legal advice across business, marketing, product, and multiple engineering teams on matters including new product and feature launches and varying business objectives\\nFamiliar with copyright, clearances, and other areas of intellectual property law\\nExperience with international legal and regulatory compliance, privacy, subscriptions, services, AI technologies, open data and open source issues
