These children come under the protection of the Riverside County Department of Social Services and the Juvenile Court System. Our Panel is currently offering an attorney's position to represent these parents in court proceedings. Experience is not required, as the Panel will be willing to train attorneys new to Dependency Law. The attorney must stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting juvenile dependency laws. It is expected of the attorney to be collaborative, organized with the caseload assigned, and provide timely and thorough legal advice to clients. The applicant must be licensed by the California State Bar. Pay based on experience, with a minimum starting at $9,000 per month.

No. The attorney must be ready to appear in person in Court, on a daily basis.
