Associates with four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal applicants will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Candidates should have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and demonstrate a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000-$390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
