A minimum of one or more years of experience in family or employment-based immigration is preferred but is not required; we are willing to consider applicants with sincere interest in immigration law. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing ability, case management skills, and the ability to supervise support staff. RILG has been exclusively practicing immigration law for more than 45 years and is one of the leading immigration law firms in the United States.
