Annual Job Summary:
Seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience.
Qualifications :
2-5 years litigation experience
Ideal:
Trust & Estate Litigation experience Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school and active membership with CA State Bar in good standing Able to take and defend depositions, handle discovery, attend hearings and mediations, and negotiate settlement agreements Excellent legal research and writing skills Excellent communication, oral argument, and advocacy skills Able to work independently and handle a caseload Organized, detailed, and able to manage and meet litigation deadlines and tasks Intelligent and a quick learner Positive attitude, self-starter, and a team player
