Established (15+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking an experienced Attorney for Business and Real Estate Litigation matters Hybrid in Los Angeles/El Segundo, CA!An established firm based in El Segundo, CA with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity in the El Segundo area!. This role will involve handling sophisticated commercial litigation, business disputes, commercial landlord defense, HOA disputes, real estate litigation, commercial lease disputes, pre-trial litigation, mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances while representing clients in complex business and real estate matters from pleadings through resolution.

Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar5+ years of commercial litigation, business litigation, or real estate litigation experienceExperience handling landlord, tenant, HOA, commercial lease, business dispute, and real estate litigation mattersStrong experience drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, discovery, correspondence, briefs, and settlement documentsExperience taking and defending depositions involving parties, witnesses, experts, and business representativesExperience appearing in court and handling motion practiceExperience participating in mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and negotiationsAbility to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and litigation teamsStrong written advocacy, oral advocacy, analytical, and client communication skillsTrial experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, HOA disputes, and related civil litigation mattersDraft pleadings, motions, complaints, discovery requests, discovery responses, briefs, and other litigation filingsTake and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, experts, and business representativesAppear in court for hearings, conferences, motions, and other litigation proceedingsPrepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and negotiationsManage discovery, document review, factual investigation, case assessment, and litigation strategyPrepare matters for pre-trial proceedings, trial preparation, arbitration, settlement resolution, and related litigation milestonesCommunicate with clients regarding case strategy, litigation updates, risks, deadlines, and resolution optionsWork closely with partners and team members on plaintiff-side and defense-side commercial disputesRepresent commercial tenants, landlords, business owners, HOAs, and other real estate and business clients in litigation matters
