Associate Litigation Attorney SALARY:
$110,000-$150,000 per year
DOE LOCATION
Sacramento, CA
SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site/Hybrid

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage assigned litigation matters, including fact investigation, case evaluation, and strategy development. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, legal memoranda, and discovery. Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, timelines, deposition materials, and witness outlines. Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, conferences, settlement discussions, and other court proceedings. Work with experts, opposing counsel, clients, and internal legal teams throughout the litigation process. Assist with trial preparation and develop comprehensive case strategies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
California Bar admission in good standing is required. 1-5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation. Strong knowledge of civil procedure, torts, evidence, legal research and writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw or Lexis, and PDF/document management tools.
