St Helena, CA (Onsite) A well-established Sonoma County firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney (4-7+ years) to support its growing practice, with a focus on land use and commercial real estate matters within the wine industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with wineries, vineyard owners, and developers on a range of sophisticated transactions tied to one of the region's core industries.

Responsibilities:

Handle land use and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish Advise on winery and vineyard development and expansions Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and financings Conduct title and due diligence review Navigate local land use and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

4-7+ years of experience in land use and/or commercial real estate transactions Experience with winery, vineyard, or agricultural properties is a plus Strong academic credentials Excellent writing, research, and communication skills Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
