We are a friendly, busy boutique law firm primarily practicing employment, real estate, personal injury, and business litigation. We are looking to add another experienced and motivated litigation attorney to our team. Could you be that that attorney? Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California, and should have at least 3-5 years of substantive civil litigation experience, including first or second chair at trial . Duties of the Civil Litigation Attorney include: drafting pleadings and discovery; taking and defending depositions; representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, administrative hearings, and trials. Salary is very competitive, negotiable, and dependent upon experience. Monthly bonuses, and quarterly bonuses based on referrals, are paid in addition to salary .
