Control number 886037000 This job is open to Help The public U.S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency The Public and U.S. Citizens Duties Help The United Stes Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, is seeking highly qualified torneys to serve as Trial Attorneys in its criminal enforcement program, for its offices based in Chicago, IL, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, and Washington, DC. These offices investige and prosecute criminal violions of the federal antitrust and reled laws, including those involving corporions and individual executives, and handle criminal mters of regional, nional, and internional scope. The Antitrust Division's criminal enforcement program investiges and prosecutes price fixing, bid rigging, market allocion, monopolizion, bribery, fraudulent schemes designed to undermine competition, and obstruction of justice designed to thwart government investigions of anticompetitive conduct. Successful applicants given significant responsibility for investiging and litiging these schemes and will have immedie involvement with mters of nional importance. The torneys hired can expect a collegial and stimuling environment working with experienced torneys on cutting-edge mters, as well as the sisfaction of serving the public interest. In furthering the work of the Division, Trial Attorneys will work closely with FBI and other law enforcement agents to develop investigive stregies; coordine with various law enforcement agencies and offices throughout the United Stes and cartel agencies around the globe; and represent the United Stes before grand juries in districts throughout the United Stes and in District Court arraignments, hearings, and trials.
