We are looking for an accomplished trial attorney to join a high-performing legal team in California. This role is suited for an experienced, detail-oriented attorney with deep experience managing personal injury matters from initial case strategy through courtroom proceedings. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation judgment, confidence in trial preparation, and the ability to oversee a demanding docket while delivering effective client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Direct personal injury litigation matters through all phases, from early evaluation and pleadings to discovery, motion practice, settlement discussions, and trial.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of active cases while maintaining deadlines, case strategy, and high-quality legal work.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Develop litigation plans, assess liability and damages exposure, and provide sound recommendations based on case facts and legal risk.
• Draft and review complaints, answers, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other case-related legal documents.
• Conduct witness preparation, coordinate evidence development, and build persuasive arguments to support favorable case outcomes.
• Negotiate resolutions when appropriate while remaining prepared to take matters through verdict when settlement is not in the client's best interest.
• Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and external stakeholders to support case development and trial readiness.
