Job Description

Our client, a GovTech SaaS company, is seeking a fully-remote, experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney or Contracts Manager to provide immediate interim support to its revenue legal team. This is a high-impact engagement for a commercial attorney who can step in quickly, manage a high volume of contract negotiations, and serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders during a period of transition. This role is expected to last approximately 1-2 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, with a primary focus on: Enterprise SaaS agreementsCustomer contractsSubscription agreementsVendor and technology-related agreementsIndependently handle contract negotiations and redlining with customers and counterparties.

Advise internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks.

Partner closely with revenue, sales, and executive leadership teams to support business objectives.

Clearly communicate contract issues and recommended solutions to both legal and non-legal stakeholders.

Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Support ongoing commercial contracting needs while the organization backfills a key legal team member.
