CA BAR Support senior attorneys and partners on all aspects of litigation Participate in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft and argue motions; manage written discovery and depositions Independently handle smaller matters while collaborating on complex cases Contribute to trial strategy and courtroom proceedings when cases go to trial
