Senior Civil Litigation Attorney — Santa Rosa, CA A Santa Rosa law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to handle substantive litigation matters and help shape case strategy. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation experience. Employment law or employment litigation experience is preferred, although experienced civil litigators from other practice backgrounds will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Handle substantive civil litigation matters and help shape case strategy. Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation materials. Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, settlement discussions, and, as applicable, trial. Work with colleagues and clients to move litigation matters toward resolution. Candidate Profile Significant civil litigation experience; 10+ years is the ideal profile. Employment law or employment litigation experience preferred, but not required. Established litigation judgment, legal writing, and case-management skills. No portable book of business required. Compensation & Work Arrangement Base salary is approximately $175,000-$200,000 for an attorney with approximately 10 years of experience, with the final offer dependent on experience. The position is primarily in-office in Santa Rosa, with flexibility for two remote days per week.
