In this vital role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring smooth case progression from intake through final resolution. Header Duties Manage and coordinate client cases, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted timely in compliance with immigration procedures. Conduct client interviews in both Spanish and English to gather essential case information, clarify legal options, and provide empathetic guidance. Maintain detailed case records using legal case management systems such as PCLaw and iManage, ensuring confidentiality and organization. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision, proofreading for accuracy and clarity. Communicate regularly with clients via phone or email to update case status, answer questions, and gather additional information as needed. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing document review processes efficiently. Header Skills . Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Effective interviewing skills to gather comprehensive client information empathetically. Project management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting attorneys with legal writing, drafting documents, proofreading materials, and maintaining meticulous records.
