Wanting to transition out of litigation and gain invaluable in-house legal experience? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking work on a diverse range of legal matters, including contracts, discovery, and complex business transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests Prepare, analyze, and summarize contracts and legal agreements Support litigation matters, including case preparation and strategy development Collaborate with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Requirements Qualifications (Required) Licensed attorney in California (Nevada licensure a plus) 5+ years of litigation experience Experience handling and responding to written discovery Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and analysis Ability to work on-site in our Upland office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Experience Commercial real estate law Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) Familiarity with Nevada gaming law (highly desirable but not required) Why Join Us?
