$90,000-$110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Performance Incentives Fleming & Lowenberg is seeking an experienced Family Law Licensed Legal Practitioner (LLP) or highly experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing practice in beautiful Western Colorado. • Represent clients within the scope of Colorado LLP authority (or prepare to transition into that role)
• Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, disclosures, parenting plans, settlement agreements, motions, and related legal documents
• Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial
• Maintain exceptional client communication and client service
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff
• Accurately maintain billing, time records, and case management systems
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Firm Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess:
• Significant experience in Colorado family law
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills
• Excellent organizational and client communication abilities
• A positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• A desire to grow professionally within an innovative law firm
