Montrose, Colorado Salary:
$90,000-$110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Performance Incentives Fleming & Lowenberg is seeking an experienced Family Law Licensed Legal Practitioner (LLP) or highly experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing practice in beautiful Western Colorado. We are building a modern, systems-driven law firm focused on exceptional client service, efficient workflows, professional development, and long-term growth. - Represent clients within the scope of Colorado LLP authority (or prepare to transition into that role)
- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, disclosures, parenting plans, settlement agreements, motions, and related legal documents
- Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial
- Maintain exceptional client communication and client service
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff
- Accurately maintain billing, time records, and case management systems
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Firm Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Significant experience in Colorado family law
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills
- Excellent organizational and client communication abilities
- A positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- A desire to grow professionally within an innovative law firm
- Strong technology and case management skills Candidates who are currently licensed as Colorado Licensed Legal Practitioners (LLPs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
