About the Job One of our clients is seeking a Family Law Associate to join their growing legal team in Castle Rock, Colorado. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an attorney who wants to develop their family law practice while working directly with clients and experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of family law experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to manage matters effectively and provide practical legal guidance to clients. Responsibilities Handle family law matters from initial consultation through resolution Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance Prepare for hearings, mediations, negotiations, and other proceedings Manage case files, deadlines, and multiple matters efficiently Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff while handling assigned matters independently Maintain accurate and organized case documentation Provide professional, responsive, and client-focused service Qualifications 2-5 years of family law experience J.D. from an accredited law school Colorado Bar admission and good standing, or eligibility for admission Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service Must be comfortable working in an on-site office environment Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Employer-matched 401(k) with immediate vesting Paid time off and holidays Paid CLE Discretionary bonuses Additional tax-reportable benefits
