Job Description
The Associate Attorney position will be tasked with performing a variety of tasks and completing assignments related to a range of legal matters and cases in active litigation. A qualified associate will be responsible for researching, drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, contracts, motions, letters, memos, and other legal correspondence. Associate attorneys at the firm will also be trained to take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and adverse parties, attend hearings and argue points of law in front of various courts and administrative agencies, and advise and discuss legal issues with clients. Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice law in Colorado. Candidates that are expected to have experience and skill in research, writing, and oral argument. The firm is seeking an individual who is highly motivated, with a great work ethic who is interested in learning new areas of law in complex areas of commercial litigation including products liability, aviation, construction defect, premises liability, breach of contracts, and general bodily injury and property damage defense.
