Job Description
Patent Attorney
- Electrical & Computer Technologies Denver A highly touted and established law firm seeks a Patent Attorney Associate with 3
- 6 years of experience to join its expanding patent group.
- level patent matters, including prosecution, client counseling, and standards
- related technologies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications Draft responses to Office Actions and conduct Examiner interviews Perform prior art, freedom
- to•operate, and patentability analyses Collaborate with inventors, in•house counsel, and technical teams Participate in strategic portfolio development and post•grant counseling Technology Areas Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Wireless telecommunications systems and communication networks Electrical hardware and computer software Generative AI and Machine Learning Networks, data storage and databases Semiconductors, circuits, memory, and storage devices Cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data security Consumer electronics.
Compensation Expected salary range:
$235,000- $305,000 , depending on the responsibilities of the position and the experience, education, and skills of the candidate Generous merit
