Job Description

Brown Dunning Fein Drusch PC, a boutique Denver law firm, is seeking a full-time Senior Litigation Associate with approximately 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join our growing practice. Our practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, real estate, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, and probate matters. We are looking for an experienced litigator who can take meaningful responsibility for cases, work directly with clients, and handle matters with increasing independence while remaining part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and substantial experience with Colorado civil litigation. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and arguing substantive motions, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, participating in mediations, and appearing in state and federal court. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Colorado. Our firm values personal relationships, professionalism, excellent legal work, and work-life balance. We offer significant client contact and responsibility without the bureaucracy or rigid structure of a larger firm. For the right candidate, a path to partnership may be available. The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $175,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and anticipated responsibilities. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus program. Full-time employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) with profit-sharing contributions, paid time off, and annual salary and performance reviews. To apply, please submit a resume, cover letter, and writing sample to Drew Fein at dfein@BDFDfirm.com. No search firms, please. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Brown Dunning Fein Drusch PC is committed to a fair workplace and complies with all applicable laws concerning equal employment opportunity.
