As an attorney at Triple L Law, you will play a crucial role on our legal team to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. Triple L Law provides honest guidance, meticulous preparation and relentless advocacy when everything is on the line. This is an ideal position for attorneys who are willing to research and write to support trial attorneys. Please note, this is an in-person position where we work until the job is done in Golden, CO. This is a fast paced and intense job for someone who enjoys working hard on high-profile and high-pressure cases with occasional evening and weekend work required. This position will lean more to the civil work.Responsibilities:
Legal Research and Writing:
Draft motions, memorandums, and mitigation documents. Provide research support to senior trial attorneys.Manage Caseload:
Handle a mix of civil, misdemeanor and felony cases, including personal injury, general counsel, medical malpractice, DUIs, drug offenses, domestic violence, homicide and sex offenses.Client Relations:
Conduct initial client consultations, explain legal options, maintain regular and prompt communication with clients and conduct discovery meetings.Court Appearances:
Represent clients at hearings, proffers, depositions and trial.Negotiation:
Negotiate plea agreements with opposing counsel.Requirements:
JD and active license to practice in the State of Colorado Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate legal issues High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and deadlines Ability to work collaboratively Must adhere to strict deadlines and manage a high volume of work efficientlyCompensation and Benefits:
