Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to a broad base of existing clients - potentially working up to lead attorney with these clients Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to clients' needs Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs Collaborate with our team of experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff Engage with the greater Montrose community to be an ambassador for Dufford Waldeck, ensuring the ongoing success of this office

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed in Colorado Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and legal time/billing systems Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills About Company Since 1964, our team of attorneys has provided expert civil representation across Colorado and Utah.
