JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 6+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial responsibility for complex commercial transactions; top-tier law firm training strongly preferred. Significant experience negotiating complex commercial agreements. Experience in technology, advanced research, aerospace, defense, or regulated industries preferred. Comfort operating in a lean environment with high ownership and limited bureaucracy. #
