We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law practice in Connecticut. Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements to support purchase, sale, development, and financing matters.
• Analyze lease documents, identify legal and business risks, and provide practical guidance to clients on leasing strategy and obligations.
• Manage commercial real estate closings from initial document preparation through final execution and post-closing follow-up.
• Counsel clients on transactional matters involving commercial properties and represent their interests throughout negotiations.
• Review title, survey, and due diligence materials to help assess transaction readiness and resolve outstanding issues.
• Conduct legal research related to real estate and contract matters and apply findings to client advice and transaction strategy.
