Job Description

Parrett Porto, a busy and growing Connecticut law firm with offices in Hamden, Guilford, and Bridgeport, is seeking a self-motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is admitted to practice law in Connecticut. The position will primarily involve civil litigation, with opportunities for exposure to a variety of additional practice areas, including healthcare, employment law, and workers' compensation. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who is eager to develop their litigation skills, take on meaningful responsibility, and contribute to a growing practice. Strong written and oral communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a broad-based practice while gaining substantial hands-on litigation experience at an established and growing Connecticut firm. Parrett Porto is a 17-attorney firm expanding in all practice areas representing clients throughout Connecticut.
