We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team. Responsibilities Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information Recognize and be accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements Zealously negotiate to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff Ability to work in the Milford location with occasional travel to other CT offices or courts Follow the firm's operating procedures and management guidelines Actively practice our core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountable Requirements Admitted to CT Bar in good standing Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases. Trial experience a plus.
