The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of the law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft legal documents effectively. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases while managing a caseload independently. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their legal matters. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Connecticut state bar is required. Strong writing skills demonstrated through previous legal drafting experience. Proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
