What You'll DoHandle a diverse caseload of family law matters from intake through resolutionManage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiations, and trial preparationAppear regularly in Connecticut Family CourtAdvise clients on divorce, custody, support, alimony, property division, and post-judgment issuesDraft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and court filingsCollaborate with experienced attorneys on complex and high-net-worth mattersDevelop case strategy and provide exceptional client service throughout the legal processWhat We're Looking ForActive Connecticut Bar admission5+ years of family law litigation experienceStrong courtroom presence and litigation skillsExperience handling contested custody, support, and divorce mattersExcellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilitiesAbility to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a teamHigh level of emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients during challenging life eventsOur PhilosophyFamily law cases demand more than legal knowledge.
