Job Description
Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney (Delaware-Barred) - Hybrid A plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney with an active Delaware bar license and medical malpractice experience . This attorney will manage med-mal matters from early case evaluation through litigation and resolution. Hybrid work available for Delaware-barred attorneys with relevant experience. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop plaintiff medical malpractice claims (liability, causation, damages) Review and analyze medical records; build case strategy and timelines Draft and file pleadings; manage discovery and motion practice Coordinate with and prepare medical experts; handle depositions Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trial (as needed) Provide responsive, compassionate client communication and accurate file documentation Qualifications J.D. and active Delaware bar license (required) 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with plaintiff medical malpractice experience Strong legal writing, organization, and litigation skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and move cases forward independently Compensation Base salary starting at $150,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus/benefits package details available upon request
