Personal Injury Pre-Suit AttorneyResponsibilities:

Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters and staying informed about any current legislation and case lawProvide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships Negotiate settlements with insurance carriersCover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under OathMarket firm services in the community and as otherwise required

Requirements:

A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice historyTwo years of legal experience A genuine interest in the personal injury fieldA Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior oral and written advocacy skills

Bonus Experience:

Bilingual Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 +
