Job Description
The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District (RC5), is seeking a full time appellate attorney / criminal defense attorney in our main office in Casselberry, Florida. Main job responsibilities include reviewing records and drafting appellate briefs; drafting writs; and motions to suppress / responses in the trial court. Other responsibilities include criminal cases, both felonies and misdemeanors. Experience preferred for the appellate work. Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
