The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients navigating immigration processes. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. The Immigration Attorney will play a vital role in advocating for clients' rights and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of immigration litigation cases, including preparation, filing, and courtroom representation. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various immigration matters, including visas, green cards, asylum, deportation defense, and other related issues. Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on immigration laws and policies affecting clients' cases. Draft and review legal documents, petitions, affidavits, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
