Job Description
The Family Support Partner provides overlay services to child welfare case management by providing intensive in-home therapeutic services that promote placement stabilization and/or support caregivers in reunification with their children. We are looking for a Family Support Partner who must have: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three years' experience working in the social work field required; Experience navigating the child welfare system and training, coaching and/or serving, as a mentor to other families preferred; Experience working with diverse populations and collaborating with a wide range of service providers. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance;
