We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and can provide practical legal guidance while working directly with company leadership and staff. Experience in finance, merchant cash advance, or debt settlement is not required. Attorneys from all practice areas are encouraged to apply. We value strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to research unfamiliar issues and follow matters through to completion. This is a hands-on, in-office position for an attorney who wants to become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities Provide legal guidance:

Advise company leadership on day-to-day legal questions, evaluate potential risks, and recommend practical next steps.

Review and prepare documents:

Draft, review, and revise company agreements, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Support negotiations and dispute resolution:

Participate in negotiations concerning company matters and help address issues professionally and efficiently.

Manage legal matters:

Conduct research, maintain organized files, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.

Work with our team:

Explain legal issues clearly to non-attorney staff and help establish appropriate internal procedures. Qualifications An active Florida Bar license in good standing and previous experience practicing law are required. There is no required legal specialty. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; professional communication and negotiation abilities; and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with others. Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities, protect confidential information, exercise independent professional judgment, and reliably work full-time from our Deerfield Beach office. Experience with contracts, litigation, negotiations, or general legal practice is welcome, but prior MCA or financial-industry experience is not a condition of employment. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
