They are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join the Business Litigation Practice Group.

The Associate will work closely with partners who represent a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. The Associate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and attend hearings.

Requirements:
