We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Settlement & Reductions Specialist who is passionate about helping clients successfully reach the final stage of their case. In this role, you'll negotiate medical balances, coordinate settlement documentation, and ensure every client receives exceptional service throughout the closing process.

Job DescriptionThe Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Legal Settlement & Closing Specialist to support the successful resolution of plaintiff personal injury cases. Experience negotiating medical liens, coordinating settlements, and communicating with clients, providers, and insurance companies is highly preferred.

What You'll DoAs a Settlement & Reductions Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maximizing client recoveries and ensuring a seamless closing experience.

Responsibilities include:

Negotiate medical liens and provider balances to maximize client settlementsReview settlement documentation for accuracy and completenessCommunicate regularly with clients regarding the status of their settlementCoordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lienholdersObtain and organize medical records, billing statements, and settlement documentationVerify insurance coverage and medical balancesMaintain accurate documentation within Litify and other case management systemsConduct quality reviews to ensure timely case progressionCollaborate with attorneys and internal departments to facilitate efficient case closingsDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the settlement processWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys helping clients during one of the most important stages of their legal journey.

Fluent in both English and SpanishExperience negotiating medical liens, provider balances, and settlement reductionsStrong knowledge of settlement disbursement and case closing proceduresExperience communicating with medical providers, insurance carriers, clients, and lienholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience using Litify, Salesforce, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio, or similar legal case management softwareExperience working in a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practiceAdditional InformationBenefitsEligible employees enjoy a competitive benefits package, including:
