Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Alchemy Trials | Hialeah, FL | Full-Time | Palmetto Medical Plaza Alchemy Trials is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical trials across our network of community-based research sites in South Florida. Responsibilities Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through closeout Pre-screen, screen, enroll, and follow study participants Conduct study visits and support the informed consent process Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory records Complete timely EDC data entry and query resolution Specimen processing, storage, and shipment, when applicable Track enrollment, study visits, protocol requirements, and study supplies Document and escalate protocol deviations and adverse events as required Support SQVs, SIVs, monitoring visits, audits, and closeout visits Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and study teams Qualifications Clinical research or relevant healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research processes Experience with EDC systems and EMRs preferred Phlebotomy/specimen processing experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable transportation for travel between assigned South Florida sites

Preferred Certifications:

GCP, IATA/UN3373, BLS/CPR, and phlebotomy training or certification.
