Requirements and Duties:
Ability to manage a caseload from inception through resolution 5+ years of commercial litigation experience practicing in state and federal courts Attend simple and complex hearings and make arguments on relevant issues Take and defend depositions, including party and expert depositions Attend mediation and engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and clients Draft various legal documents, motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Collaborate on case strategy, handle legal research Regularly communicate with clients for updates Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business issues. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills are a must! FL Bar license, in good standing This is an in-office position only! Hiring ASAP!
